Traffic Engineering

The City of Sammamish Traffic Division is responsible for the maintenance and operation of the City's intersections, street lights, and road marking. This includes 26 signalized intersections, about 550 street lights, 50 school zone flashers, and over 200 miles of striping.

Additionally, the traffic team responds to requests for road safety improvement, manages multiple traffic related programs, and provides support on Capital Improvement Projects.
