Project Guidance Request Form

Project Guidance will help you:

• Get general information related to home improvements, zoning, setbacks, and other projects.
• Identify potential environmental challenges.
• Learn about the permit process and applicable next steps.

The City will provide a response to Project Guidance requests within 10 working days. 

If you have more in-depth inquiries, please request Pre-Development Services or consult a qualified professional. Examples of such inquiries include specific questions about project proposals and resolving design issues.

Information provided by City staff in response to this Project Guidance request does not guarantee project approval. It is the applicant’s obligation to complete their own design, provide all required supporting documentation, and submit a complete permit application to the Permit Center.
