The Department of Administrative Services plan, direct, and coordinate activities to support the City operations on a daily basis in areas of Human Resources, Contracts and Grants, DEIB, and Safety. Additionally, Administrative Services provide management and oversight to support the efficacy and financial integrity of the City’s programs, activities, and resources by developing, implementing, and monitoring policies and systems in assigned areas, including coordination of assigned activities with other departments and outside agencies.
